ORDERING INFORMATION

SHIPPING
We ship from our manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. If all of the products you have ordered
are in stock, we typically ship in about 3 - 4 days. We ship United States Postal, which can take up
to 6 business days to the north or either east or west coast, but less for shipments to locations
closer to Texas. For the exact number of days from our location to yours you can log onto
usps.com and check the transit time from zip code 77041 to your zip code.

Terms & Minimums
We accept PAYPAL only. We have no minimum order requirements. We do not ship COD.

SHIPPING
Each customer purchasing GLASS items are required to purchase insurance as breakage does happen.
in the event that your items come to you broken you will need to take it to your post office with
the original packaging, boxes, bubble wrap etc. so that they can inspect the damages and then
it is up to you to follow through with filing the insurance claim. WE do not do this. I can assure
you that your items have left our facility in perfect order.
You will be billed separately for shipping as we can not know exactley what it will cost.

Ordering:
We suggest that if you are ordering for the first time that you may want to order a votive to try new scents.
once you have established your first order with us, you will automatically receive new scents, samples,
and litature and be informed as to the new products wix-n-wax.com is coming out with.

Backorders:
we do not automatically do backorders. To inquire weather or not the item you are ordering is in stock,
you can either send and email or call on our direct line. ALL emails will be answered. Please be
patient with us as this does take time.

PLEASE: DO NOT SEND JUNK MAIL THROUGH OUR INFO. THIS IS NOT THE PURPOSE
IF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS ATTACHED TO A JUNK MAIL, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM
